These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BriefDeck ("BriefDeck", "we," "our" or "us") governing your use of our products, services, mobile application (the "App"), and website at briefdeck.tech (the "Site" and collectively with the foregoing, the "Services").
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, BY CLICKING ON THE "I AGREE" OR SIMILAR BUTTON, REGISTERING FOR AN ACCOUNT, DOWNLOADING THE APP OR ANY APP UPGRADES, USING THE APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE, OR ACCESSING OR USING THE SERVICES, YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
1. Our Services
BriefDeck provides an AI-powered platform that generates pre-meeting briefs, post-meeting summaries, and weekly task summaries by integrating with your communication tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Outlook, and Zoom.
2. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any log-in, password, and Account credentials. You are solely and fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or Account.
3. Billing and Payment
Services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. All prices and fees displayed on the Services are exclusive of applicable Taxes.
4. User Content and Data
4.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of your User Content. You grant BriefDeck a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process such User Content solely for the purpose of provideing the Services.
4.2 Recording Consent
You are responsible for compliance with all recording laws. You represent and warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from all participants in any meeting that you record.
5. Prohibited Activities
- Copying or distributing any part of the Services without authorization.
- Using automated systems (robots, spiders) to access the Services incorrectly.
- Transmitting spam, viruses, or malicious code.
- Attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
6. AI and Machine Learning
BriefDeck employs AI technologies to provide summaries and insights. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and you are responsible for verifying any AI-generated outputs.
7. Termination
You may cancel and delete your Account at any time. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone for any reason at our sole discretion.
8. Intellectual Property
All Proprietary Material included in the Services (excluding User Content) is owned by BriefDeck and protected by international laws.
